SUMMARY
The responsibility of the Sales Associate is to embody the brand and actively contribute to store sales by providing exceptional service to clients. Sales Associates accomplish this by sharing their product knowledge and experience, building meaningful client relationships, and working to ensure customer satisfaction and engagement.
SALES & SERVICE
  • Achieve monthly sales target as defined by store management
  • Provide a welcoming and engaging environment for every client who enters the store
  • Actively educate self on brand and product knowledge and proactively share with clients
  • Capture and update client information to connect with the client, build relationships, and personalize future client development opportunities
  • Participate in client outreach campaigns as directed by management and execute proactive strategic outreach with the goal of realizing future sales opportunities
  • Create and maintain a positive work environment
TEAMWORK & BRAND PROMOTION
  • Consistently provide the highest level of professionalism and teamwork on and off the shop floor
  • Work with all internal and external stakeholders with a service-oriented, collaborative and versatile approach.
  • Share regular qualitative feedback and requested reports with company management
  • Remain current on all industry news and company updates
  • Allow for scheduling flexibility when needed and defined by management
  • Maintain organization and appearance of all areas respecting the visual merchandising standard
OPERATIONS
  • Contribute to back of house operations such as stock control and inventory
  • Learn and adhere to all company policies and operational procedures
  • Attain comprehensive knowledge of the Point of Sales (POS) and client tracking systems
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
  • At least 3 years of experience in retail
  • Significant experience in the sale of luxury goods and proven track record of achieving sales results
  • Product sensitivity and a strong market and fashion trends knowledge
  • Superior customer service, interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability and desire to work in a fast-paced, changing environment
  • Willingness to work non-traditional business hours including nights, and weekends
  • Proficiency in Point of Sales (POS) systems and Email
Must have authorization to work in the United States or in the country where the position is based
