  • Previous buying experience is required. Individual should have good people and communication skills and a passion for retail, a high energy level, flexible, resilient, and positive. Negotiation skills are a must. The individual should be opportunistic and possess the ability to maximize opportunities through skillful inventory management. Individual should have solid financial skills, be decisive, have a good sense of urgency, and thrive in an ever changing environment.

  • You have graduated with a Bachelor's degree from an accredited university, or will be doing so within the next 3 months.
  • You are open to a variety of tasks - from spending 10 hours a day digging into retail databases, to traveling to LA on a buy, to calling pages of vendors for shipping updates, to going to the stores to lead a markdown project - you are energized and ready to go.
  • You are emotionally mature and can work unsupervised. You ask good questions. You can be trusted with confidential information.
  • You are not someone who is interested in working a 9-5. This is not a job; it is a career. Your responsibilities are not easy and will often take long hours and hard work.
  • You are way above average, and only want to work at a place that is nowhere near average. You thrive in a fast-paced work environment and embrace solving complex challenges.
